Vernon chamber holds tax seminar

VERNON — The Vernon Chamber of Commerce hosted a seminar regarding property taxes which included answers to the ‘when and how” one would go about filing an appeal.
The guest speaker was Victoria Gill of Wantage. George Conway, commissioner for the Sussex County Board of Taxation, also was available to answer questions.
With more than 60 people in attendance, Gill guided the audience through the process and provided helpful information.
