Vernon library receives iPad donation

VERNON — Vince Rubino recently made his second donation of six iPad Minis and cases.

Each device costs $275.
Rubino, a former resident of Vernon, used the Dorothy Henry Branch when growing up and found the library to be a special place for him and is happy to help the library system. In 2015, Mr. Rubino is planning to donate up to 30 iPad Minis and cases to the library., He is working with the library staff in determining what additional furniture and equipment he can donate in the future.
