Sussex Elks to host casino trip

SUSSEX BOROUGH — Sussex Elks Lodge No. 2288 will host a chartered coach bus trip to the Sands Casino in Bethlehem, Pa., on Sunday, March 1.

The first pickup will be at the Sussex Elks Lodge, 152 Lewisburg Road, Wantage at 9:30 a.m. The second will be at the Newton Park & Ride at the end of South Park Drive at 10 a.m. Arrive at least 20 minutes prior to boarding. Bagels, coffee, tea and water will be available prior to departure.

The cost for the trip is $30. Upon arrival at the casino, participants will receive $20 in slot play and a $5 food coupon. The casino has more than 3,000 slot machines, Keno, Video Poker and live-game tables. There also a large outlet mall. Guests will have five hours on site before returning home approximately 5:30 p.m. at Newton and 6 p.m. in Sussex Borough.
