Alesandra G. Velez, 20, of Cividad de Mexico was charged with theft and fraudulent use of the credit card after township police responded to the Red Tail Lodge for a report of a stolen credit card allegedly being used in the lodge.

Police said the victim received an email that her credit card was near her limit. The victim, police said, knowing she was not near the limit she checked her online statement and while she was doing so was informed by email that it was used at the food court and bar area at Mountain Creek. Police said the victim went to the bar and discovered only three people were there and they were all seated together.

Velez was sent to the Sussex County jail in lie of $10,000 cash bail and without a 10 percent option.
