Meet Excelsis from Eleventh Hour Rescue.

Celsie, as she is lovingly called at the kennel, is a very playful and energetic Shepherd/Border Collie mix who is about three years old.

Although she is active and energetic, she does have a timid side around people she doesn't know. Celsie would be a great companion for a dog savvy family who will work with her on her manners.

Celsie has learned "sit" and "off" and is currently working on leash manners. She is very eager to please and also very affectionate. She is good with other dogs, but would prefer a home with no cats.

Celsie would do best in a home with adults who are willing to give her the one-on-one attention she has been waiting for.
