Robert C. Gibson, 32, of Glenwood was charged on a traffic warrant out of Rockaway Township, driving with a suspended license, driving an unregistered vehicle and having no automobile insurance after a vehicule stop on Vernon Crossing Road.

Police said they were alerted by an automated plate reader, which gave an alert that the vehicle's registration had expired.

He was released pending a future appearance in Municipal Court after posting $264 bail.

James Josephs, Jr., 27, of Wayne was charged with driving while intoxicated after his vehicle was pulled over for allegedly traveling 54 mph in a 35 mph zone.

Police said Josephs was unable to complete field sobriety tests and was taken into custody. He also was charged with refusal to submit to breath testing and speeding.
