    Renee White-Curran, 48, of Newton pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous subsance.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 6, 2015.

    She admitted to distributing heroin in the Town of Newton on July 11 to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.

    Joseph McGlinch, 31, of Newton pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 16, 2015.

    He admitted to distributing heroin in the Town of Newton on Aug. 4 to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.

    Shawn Hunter, 38, of Andover pleaded guilty to the crimes of fourth-degree operating a motor vehicle while suspended.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Jan. 16, 2015.

    Dec. 5
    Joshua H. Southard, 24, of Wantage was sentenced to four years in state prison and was given credit for 342 days served. He was ordered to pay restitution to several victims in an amount to be determined by the court, submit a DNA sample at his expense and pay total fines and penalties of $905.

    He pleaded guilty on Oct. 6 to seven counts of burglary, all crimes of the third degree. In pleading guilty, Southard admitted to entering several residences and one vehicle in Sussex Borough and Wantage Township between Aug. 2, 2013, and Nov. 3, 2013.
