    William A. Grinwis, age 64, of Wantage and Longs, S.C., passed away on Thursday, Dec. 4, 2014, at Morristown Medical Center. Born in Passaic to the late John and Edith Grinwis, William grew up in Wyckoff. He was a 1968 graduate of Ramapo High School, a 1970 graduate of Bergen County Community College and a 1972 graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University located in Teaneck. William was a self-employed Certified Public Accountant with offices in Stockholm and previously practiced in Wayne. He was a member of the New Jersey Society of CPAs and the AICPA. William was predeceased by his prior wife, Sharman (Rosenkrantz) and his brother, John Grinwis, Jr. He is survived by his loving wife, Deborah (Wilde); his children, Joseph of Wantage, Stephen Nilan of Roselle Park and Kelli Nilan of Newport News, Va.,; his brother, Robert of Downington, Pa.; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may pay their respects to the family on Monday, Dec. 8, 2014 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the Pinkel Funeral Home, 31 Bank St. (Route 23), Sussex. Funeral services will be held privately.
