Melissa A. Outer

Melissa A. Outer, 42, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, at Newton Medical Center, while surrounded by her family. Ms. Outer, daughter of the late Donald H. and Betty L. (Benson) Outer was born in Newton July 9, 1972. She has been a lifelong resident of Sussex County having resided in Montague since 1991.

Ms. Outer enjoyed shopping and her trips to the Casino in Monticello, N.Y.

She is survived by her brothers and sisters, Donna Conklin of Montague, Donald H. Outer Jr. of Wantage, Tina Brown of Frankford Twp., Marty Outer of Wantage and Terri Outer of Montague. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, at 11 a.m. at Ferguson Funeral Home 27 Third St. Sussex. Interment will follow at Clove Cemetery, Wantage. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Melissa’s name to a charity of your choice.
