    James Parisi, 39, of Blairstown, was sentenced to three years of probation with credit for 79 days already served.

    As conditions of Probation he must undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, obtain and maintain employment, undergo random drug and alcohol monitoring, attend AA/NA one to two times per day while unemployed and three times per week when employed, pay a total of $305 restitution and have no contact with his victims.

    On October 6, 2014, the defendant pleaded guilty to third-degree Burglary.

    In September Parisi entered a Wantage residence taking various items from the home, according to the Sussex County Prosecutor’s Office.

    Parisi was represented by Leanne Healy, Esq. and the state was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.

    Nov. 21
    Tammer A. Abrahem, 38, of Wantage, New Jersey, was sentenced to two years of probation and was ordered to serve 10 days in the Sheriff’s Labor Assistance Program.

    He must aldo pay total fines and penalties of $155.00 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.

    Abrahem pleaded guilty on September 15, 2014, to violating firearms regulations, a crime of the fourth degree.

    In pleading guilty, Abrahem admitted that sometime in early July, 2012, he obtained a firearm without having the necessary permit.

    Abrahem was represented by Hassen Abdellah, Esq. and the state was represented by Assistant Prosecutor Shaina Brenner.
