Kim Russo bridges the gap between the living and dead

| 25 Nov 2014 | 01:24

Kim Russo, the Happy Medium and star of Lifetime Movie Network’s “The Haunting Of”, returns to the Newton Theatre on Sunday, Jan. 25 at 7 p.m.

For two hours, Russo will bridge the gap between the worlds of the living and the departed, and connect the audience with the spirit world. She will walk the room, feeling the energy and listening to the spirits of the deceased. She will gather information from those who have passed and their loved ones in the audience, from how they passed over and who they are sharing their time with on the other side; not to mention other obscure details about their lives when they lived on earth.

Those in the audience may get an exclusive opportunity to communicate with their loved ones on the other side, an experience not many on this planet are able to have.

Russo is currently the host of the original series "The Haunting Of..." on The Lifetime Movie Network, where she gives an exclusive look at celebrities who have had their lives changed by paranormal events. Each episode features celebrities’ real life encounters with the paranormal as they return to the site of their traumatic experience. Kim unlocks the secrets that haunted each of them and explains the unexplained. Kim also unveils shocking psychic moments and personal revelations as she tunes into the celebrities’ personal lives and connects with their loved ones who have crossed over.

Russo, also known as “The Happy Medium”, has been able to see the world of spirit since the young age of nine. Growing up, Russo often saw random spirits in her bedroom and sometimes felt their presence walking home with her from school. Not knowing what they wanted, they scared her then. Now she is comforted by their presence, speaking to them more than she speaks to the living on some days.

Called “the best medium this side of the other side” by the New York Post, Kim has been put through a battery of tests and has become a Certified Medium by The Forever Family Foundation and The Windbridge Institute for Applied Research in Human Potential. This foundation is dedicated and committed to proving the existence of life after death by integrating mediumship along with scientific studies. Kim has appeared on A & E’s hit shows, “Paranormal State” and "Psychic Kids". She has also appeared on The Biography Channel's "Celebrity Ghost Stories”.

Tickets for Kim Russo are $69 for premium seating, $59 for orchestra and $49 for balcony. Purchase tickets by visiting www.thenewtontheatre.com or contact the box office at 973-383-3700.
