    John Andrew Paganetti, 90 years old, died after a long illness at The Homestead in Frankford Twp., N.J., on Saturday, Sept. 27, 2014. Born to Antonio and Adalgisa Paganetti in Sussex, N.J., he was a lifelong resident of Sussex, N.J.

    John worked as a lineman for Jersey Central Power & Light in Newton, N.J., for 39 years retiring in 1989. He was a parishioner of St. Monica’s RC Church, a member of the Sussex Elks Club and the Virgin Acres Hunting Club and served as a former board member for Clove Cemetery. John enjoyed following high school and college sports especially Northwestern and relaxed doing crossword puzzles.

    John was predeceased by 2 sisters, Mafalda Clark and Helen Zazzi and is the beloved husband for 63 years of Jeanette Paganetti(nee Huff) of Sussex, N.J. Devoted father of David Paganetti of Rutherfordton, N.C., Andrew Paganetti of Milford, Pa., and Linda Paganetti of Stafford, Va., dear brother of Ida Cole of Bremerton, Wash. Cherished by 4 grandchildren and a great grandchild.

    The family will receive their friends for memorial visitation at Ferguson Funeral Home, 27 Third Street, Sussex, N.J., on Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, from 1 to 3 p.m. Memorial service to follow at 3 p.m. Cremation will be private.
