    Christie L. Beattie, 27, of Highland Lakes was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol after police said she was seen making a right turn from the left lane at the intersection of County Highway 515 and Route 94.

    The officer stopped the vehicle north of the Vernon A&P and after a subsequent investigation involving field sobriety tests she was arrested.

    She was transported to headquarters, where she was processed and released pending a court appearance in Vernon Municipal Court.

    Nov. 12
    Patrick Enright, 32, of Glenwood was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of Hashish and possession of narcotic paraphernalia after police responded to a report of a vehicle with heavy front-end damage leaving the Vernon Dog Park.

    Police said they responded to the vehicle's previouslly registered address and it arrived a short time later. After a subsequent investigation, police said they took Enright into custody.

    He was transported to headquarters, processed and released pending a court appearance in Vernon Municipal Court.

    Nov. 15
    Michael Bollen, 25, was charged on a warrant out of Vernon Municipal Court. Police said state police were dealing with Bollen on an unrelated matter when a warrant check revealed the warant.

    He was unable to post bail and was turned over to Vernon Police. At Vernon police headquarters, Bollen posted bail and was released pending a new court date in Vernon Municipal Court.
