Family Partners plans holiday stress workshop

ROCKAWAY — Family Partners of Morris and Sussex Counties will host a holiday stress workshop from 3:30-5 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 19 at the Rockaway Township Public Library, 61 Mount Hope Road, Rockaway.
This workshop will provide tips on how to avoid over-stimulation and to create a less stressful holiday season.
Refreshments will be served.
