Brian J. Finingan, 51, of Hamburg was charged with electrical contracting without an electrician license.

Police said Finigan entered a contract with Wing's Asian/Fusion on June 19 for electrical works in the amount of $4,999 and took $3,000 as a deposit. Police said Finigan never finished the job and further investigation by township police revealed Finigan did not possess an Electrical Contracting license.

Finigan was released pending an appearance in Superior Court.
