Oct. 4
Andre Febus, 23, was charged after a motor vehicle stop on a $250 outstanding warrant.

He was released on bail.
Oct. 5
Adam Price-Davis, 22, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and for being under the influence of marijuana after police received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked at the end of Hemlock Drive.

Price-Davis was released pending an appearance in Municipal Court.

Oct. 6
Eva C. Rossi, 47, of Vernon was charged with driving while intoxicated after township police were called to the Lukoil parking lot for a report of an intoxicated female getting into a red Dodge pickup truck.

Rossi was asked to perform a series of field sobriety tests which she failed.

Rossi was released pending a Vernon Twp. Municipal Court appearance.
