Erik George Pfaff

Erik George Pfaff, Jr., 24 years old, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Oct. 5, 2014. Born to Erik and Anne Pfaff in Ridgewood, N.J., he was raised in West Milford, N.J., before moving to Vernon Twp., N.J., 13 years ago.

Erik was a graduate of Sussex County Technical School and attended Sussex County Community College then worked as a Union Electrician Apprentice for the last 5 years for Unity Electric, LLC of the I.B.E.W. Local 164, Paramus, N.J. Erik enjoyed fishing, listening to The Grateful Dead, reading books by Hunter S.Thompson, playing video games, watching South Park and Family Guy, enjoying movies and eating vanilla ice cream with chocolate chip cookies.

Erik is the devoted son of Erik and Anne Pfaff of Vernon Twp., N.J., dear brother of Amanda Pfaff of Vernon Twp., N.J, loving grandson of Erika Pfaff of Flemington, N.J., and nephew of Valentine Pfaff of Flemington, N.J.

The family will receive their friends at Ferguson-Vernon Funeral Home, 241 Route 94 (1 Vanderhoof Court for GPS), Vernon, N.J., on Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-8:30 p.m. Funeral service will commence at 8:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
