Vernon couple gives birth to second child

Tim and Jeanette (Elefante), and big sister, Mia Leggour, of Vernon announce the birth of their second child, Ella Elizabeth Leggour.

Ella was born at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood on Aug. 20, 2014 at 10:17 a.m.

Ella is one of many grandchildren to the proud grandparents John and Diane Elefante of Toms River and Gary and Mary Leggour of Ocean City, Md.
