Horse show association plans clinic at Lusscroft Farm

    The Northwest Jersey Horse Show Association will present a clinic on Hunt Seat Equitation/Improving Your Show Performance with Nancy Hartman at Lusscroft Farm at 10 a.m. on Sept. 20.

    Hartman is a British Horse Society-trained instructor and a graduate of the program at Crabbet Park Equestrian Centre in Great Britain. With more than 35 years of experience training beginning-to-advanced riders at farms in Vermont, Rhode Island and New York, including at her own Fox Hollow Farm in western New York state. She has established a reputation as a friendly, methodical, no-nonsense professional. This clinic is part of the Amateur Equestrian Series at Lusscroft Farm, sponsored by Northwest Jersey Horse Show Association, and is a great opportunity for beginner/novice riders.

    Call (973) 222-4755 for entry and information. Space is limited, so pre-registration is required. No "day-of" entries will be allowed. Lusscroft Farm is located at 50 Neilson Road & 4-H Trail in Wantage, with an alternate entrance on County Route 519 at mile marker 81.
