Is there a way I can ride my bike indoors in the winter?

Absolutely. We call them indoor trainers. The trainer sits on the floor and you lock your bike into the trainer near the rear wheel. The resistance comes from a roller that presses against the tire. Now this is where it gets fun.

Close up of overhaul cassette Just like when you ride your bike outside you can shifter your gears to change the resistance level. Also some models will have additional resistance adjusters built into the trainer. When you are done for the season or you get a nice winter day you want to ride outside, it is easy to remove the bike and fold up the trainer.

No need for a special workout room. Another great advantage to a trainer verse a bulky gym bike is the bicycle is yours….it fits you. Mucho comfort makes for mucho time exercising. Call us or stop by and we can help you choose the right level trainer.
