    Lisa M. Repici, 25, of Newton pleaded guilty to accomplice liability to theft, a crime of the fourth degree.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 25.

    In pleading guilty, Repici admitted her part in taking a television from a local motel and taking it to Paterson to exchange for heroin. The incident occurred on Jan. 6 in Andover Township.

    Lindsey Dalrymple, 31, of Easton, Pa., pleaded guilty to two countts of conspiracy to commit robbery, second-degree crimes.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 5.

    In January of 2012, she admitted she participated in a robbery at The Andover Apothecary Pharmacy in Andover Borough. In July of 2012 she conspired with another defendant to rob The Phillipsburg Pharmacy in Warren County.

    Kyle Morris, 24, of Newton pleaded guilty to theft, a crime of the third degree.

    In pleading guilty, Morris admitted to stealing a vehicle from the parking lot of the Hampton Quick Check on Nov. 4, 2013.

    Jhessica Owens, 25, of Newton pleaded guilty to theft and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, both crimes of the third degree, and to the fourth-degree crime of shoplifting.

    In pleading guilty, Owens admitted to selling 10 bags of heroin to another individual in Newton on Feb. 26 to taking money from the person of another individual in Newton on March 11, and to taking items without paying for them from Walmart in Franklin on April 8, 2014.

    Dwayne Johnson, 42, of Wantage pleaded guilty to distribution of a controlled dangerous sbustance, a crime of the third degree.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

    In pleading guilty, Johnson admitted to selling cocaine to another individual in Wantage on March 14, 2012.

    Daniel Daub, 50, of Montague pleaded guilty to promoting prostitution, a third-degree crime.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

    Daub admitted to operating a prostitution service within his residence.

    Cornelius Schneider, 21, of Newton pleaded guilty to theft, a crime of the third degree and to a violoation of probation.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

    In pleading guilty, Schneider admitted to taking money from the person of another individual in Newton on March 11. He was on probation at the time of the offense for being in possession of a pellet gun without a permit in Newton on July 21, 2013, and distribution of heroin in Hamburg on April 9, 2013.

    Michael Kane, 21, of Sparta pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of eluding.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 21.

    He admitted that on June 29, 2012, in Sparta, he failed to pull over and accelerated to 70 mph when Sparta police attempted to stop him for a motor vehicle violation.

    Judith A. Gonzales, 44, of Hamburg pleaded guilty to the third-degree crime of prescription fraud.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.

    She admitted on Aug. 22, 2013, she attempted to obtain Xanax from a pharmacy in Franklin by way of a prescription she knew was not valid.

    July 2
    Lawrence Mastorelli, 21, of Hopatcong was sentenced to two years of probation, which may be transferred to Florida. He was ordered to perform 100 hours of community service, continue drug treatment and abstain from drug use and contact with persons known to use drugs. He must pay restitution in the amount of $2,375, pay total fines and penalties of $155 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.

    He pleaded guilty on March 17 to the third-degree crime of theft. In pleasing guilty, he admitted to taking jewelry from a home in Hopatcong on February 27, 2013.

    July 3
    Kenneth Batal, 54, of Lincroft, was sentenced to five years in New Jersey state prison with 20 months of parole ineligibility, $1,205 in fines and a six-month loss of his driver's license.

    He pleaded guilty on March 31 to the third degree crime of possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance. He admitted to possessing four pounds of marijuana with the intent to share it with another individual on April 16, 2013, in Hopatcong. The matter was investigated by the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.

    July 9
    Melissa Hardick, 34, of Newton pleaded guilty to aggravated assault, a third-degree crime, and possession of a weapon, a fourth-degree crime.

    Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 8.
