    Kelly Elizabeth of Sussex Borough passed the certified medical assistant exam administered by the American Association of Medical Asisstants.

    She is a graduate of the Medical Assistant program at Berkeley College in Dover.

    Kate Ruszkiewicz, Scott Better Both and Lacy Jo Hoffman, all of Sussex Borough, recently graduated from Centenary College in May.

    Rusziewicz and Both have bachelor of science degrees and Hoffman had a bachelor of social work degree.

    Shane Henderson of Highland Lakes, Heather Passaro of Vernon, Kate Ruszkiewicz of Sussex Borough and Gabrielle Smith of Highland Lakes were named to the dean's list at Centenary College for the spring 2014 semester.

    Chelsea Westra of Glenwood was recently inducted to the Psi Chi National Honor Society.

    The honor, which is presented by the Psychology Department at Wheaton College, was announced at Wheaton College's Honors Convocation.

    Psi Chi is the national honor society for undergraduate psychology majors and serves the purpose of encouraging, stimulating, and maintaining excellence in scholarship and advancing the science of psychology.

    Melissa DiBerardino of Wantage earned a bachelor of arts degree from Stonehill College on May 18.

    Jacob Schriner of Highland Lakes was named to the dean's list of Emory College of Arts and Sciences, the undergraduate, liberal arts college of Emory University, for the spring 2014 semester.

    Students must be in the top 20 percent of Emory College or have approximately a 3.859 grade point average or higher to be named to the dean's list.

    Dana Marie Freeswick, a 2010 graduate of Vernon Township High School, has graduated from MaryWood University with a bachelor of science in early childhood education and special education.

    She graduated Cum Laude and is a member of the International Honor Society in Education, Kappa Delta Pi. She ended her final semester of college with a 4.0 GPA.

    Sean Mabey, son of Marybetth and Bob Mabey of Highland Lakes graduated from Montclair State University.

    He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting concentration) and a minor in Philosophy.

    David Reeth of Highland Lakes, Caitlyn Prigge of Wantage, Abigail Lenz of Vernon, Nicole LePore of Wantage, and John McLaughlin of Vernon were named to the spring 2014 dean's list at Caldwell University.

    In order to achieve this honor, students must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 3.5 or higher and complete at least 12 credits during the semester.

    Brian P. Scheidle has made the dean's list at Lehigh University for the spring 2014 semester.

    Students must maintain a GPA of 3.60 or better.

    Vanessa Milner of Highland Lakes and Jamie Mauriello of Sussex Borough graduated from Roger Williams University.

    Milner received a bachelor of arts in biology and Mauriello a bachelor of science in criminal justice.

    Daniel LaBar of Highland Lakes was named to the dean's list for the spring 2014 semester at Cabrini College.

    Dean's List students have achieved a GPA of 3.5-3.89 for coursework completed at Cabrini College with a minimum of 15 credits.

    Domic Tesoroni of Highland Lakes graduated in May from the State University of New York College of Technology at Delhi with an associate's degree in integrated energy systems.

    Sarah Johnson, a grduate of High Point Regional High School, is one of more than 200 Colgate students conducting innovative research across academic disciplines on campus in Hamilton, N.Y., this summer.

    Johnson is conducting Mathematics research.

    Ashley Fuhrumann of Highland Lakes was awarded a bachelor of fine arts degree in fibers from Massachussets College of Art and Design in Boston on May 23.

    Robert Marcus Raggi of Wantage was named to the dean's list at Rider University for the spring 2014 semester.
