Albert P. Scerbo, 67, of Highland Lakes was charged with driving while intoxicated after police responded to a report from the Urgent Care of an incoherent male in the waiting room.
Police said witnesses said Scerbo was driving on the sidewalk and nearly struck several parked vehicles.

Michael Cappola, 18, of Highland Lakes was charged with possession of marijuana.
Police said they observed a white Cadillac Escalade exiting the Legends Resort driveway from the one-way entrance.
