Paul D. Hanson, 37, of Glenwood, New Jersey, was sentenced to one year of probation, sixteen days of time served in jail and $1,205 in fines.
Hanson pleaded guilty on April 28 to the third degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
He admitted to possessing Ritalin in Franklin on Sept. 25, 2013.
Jeffrey Lato, 28, of Netcong, New Jersey, was sentenced to two years of probation, 120 days house arrest and $1,205 in fines.
Lato pleaded guilty on May 5 to the third degree crime of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance.
He admitted to possessing at least 16 ounces of marijuana with the intent to distribute it on Aug. 17, 2013 in Franklin.
Cody Clawson, 21, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to a suspended term with parole supervision for life.
He must also register for Megan’s Law, have no contact with the victim, and pay $905 in fines and fees.
Clawson pleaded guilty on Feb. 11 to endangering the welfare of a child, a crime of the third degree.
Ali Memeti, 36, of Wayne, New Jersey, was sentenced to two years of probation, 63 days of time served in jail, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment and $3,169 in fines.
Memeti pleaded guilty on May 5 to two counts of third degree prescription fraud and driving while suspended.
He admitted to altering prescriptions to obtain Oxycodone from drug stores in Hamburg and Franklin during the time period from August to Oct. 2014.
June 16
John Sickel, 33, of Byram, was sentenced to five years of drug court probation, given 72 days of credit for time served in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, loss of his driver’s license for a period of six months, pay restitution to the victims and fines and penalties.
Sickel admitted that in July of 2013, in the Township of Byram, he entered two homes and stole prescription medication.
Thomas Varela, 31, of Newton, pleaded guilty to third-degree burglary.
Sentencing is scheduled for July 24.
In October of 2013 the defendant and several co-defendants broke into a Sussex home, taking various items from the home and boxing up other items to return and get at a later time.
Sara Rowland, 23, of Matamoras, Pa., pleaded guilty to three counts of third-degree shoplifting.
In March, the defendant and two co-defendants went to the Walmart in Hampton on two occasions, taking several large household items. When they returned to Walmart a third time they were caught attempting to shoplift again.
They sold the items taken with a total value of more than $2,600. The total value of items they were caught with the third time was more than $500.
Robert Walthour, 26, of Hopatcong, pleaded guilty to third-degree eluding of police.
Sentencing is scheduled for Aug. 1.
Police were called to his Hopatcong home after Walthour became enraged and violent after a disagreement with his father.
Walthour ran out of his home, getting in his car with the police following. A short pursuit ensued but police had to stop because of unsafe conditions.
He was later apprehended by Rockaway Police.
