Jason Crozier, 43, of Vernon was charged on a warrant alleging him with aggravated assault with a bail of $25,000 out of Franklin Borough.
Police said officers acted on a tip and located Crozier at his residence.
Crozier was taken into custody without incident and turned over to Franklin Borough Police.
Richard Boss, 41, of Highland Lakes was charged with aggravated assault.
Police said they received a report of a physical altercation involving family members. Police said Boss allegedly kicked his neighbor in the head resulting in a fractured nose and a trip to the hospital.
Boss was released pending a future court appearance.
