Crabb defeats Bassani in county primary

Incumbent Phil Crabb defeated Wantage Committeeman Ronald Bassani for the Republican nomination for a three-year team on the Board of Chosen Freeholders. Crabb will face Democrat Bill Weightman in the general election. Weightman was unopposed in the Democratic primary.

Jonathan Morris was unopposed for the Republican nomination for a seat on the Wantage Township Committee and Marina Krynicky and Robert Holowach were unopposed for the Republican nomination for two seats on the Sussex Borough Council.

There were no Democratic petitions filed in Wantage or Sussex Borough.
