Barry Lakes hosts Easter party

VERNON — Nearly 100 residents turned out for the annual Barry Lakes Easter Party.
A generous selection of snacks was available for both the children and their parents. Rather then hopping along the trails and through the forests of Wawayanda State Park to reach the party, the Easter Bunny arrived via automobile courtesy of Barry Lakes Road Director Carryl Daza.
The afternoon included photo ops with the bunny, but the regular annual outdoor egg hunt was substituted with gift baskets for each of the children.
