Sussex council plans special meeting

The Sussex Borough Council will have a special meeting on April 16 to notive the public of the potential changes to the borough's water and sewer rates on April 16 at 7:30 p.m. at the Sussex Firehouse on Loomis Avenue.

At the meeting, a presentation will be given of the proposed rate restructures. No official action will take place.

For two years, the Borough has been working on an Equivalent Dwelling Unit to make the water/sewer rate structures fairer in the borough, which will find out how the restructure could affect everyone’s water/sewer bills.
