St. Monica's Church plans European trip

    St. Monica's Church in Sussex has been offering group travel to Europe and other places of interest for the past 15 years.

    This year's annual European trip has will be to Germany (Bavaria) & Austria including the following cities: Munich, Regensburg, Salzburg & Vienna. Trip highlights will include: Marienplatz Square & Viktualienmarkt in Munich; The Collegiate Church of Saint John, the Cathedral, and historic Adler Pharmacy in Regensburg; Mirabell Gardens and Palace (former Palace of the Archbishops of Salzburg, Kapitelplatz Square, St. Peter's Cemetery and Catacombs, Mozart's birthplace, Melk Abbey and a boat cruise along The Danube River in Salzburg; Schoenbrunn Palace, The Imperial Palace and the State Opera House in Vienna.

    The trip will depart on Sunday, Oct. 12 and return on Tuesday, Oct. 21. Flights will depart and return from Newark International Airport, and includes round-trip transportation to Newark, all hotel accomodations, entrnace fees to all included sites, full breakfast daily and many dinners, including the Hofbreauhaus in Munich and The Abbey St. Peter in Salzburg.

    The price is $3,400 per person, based on double occupancy. Single price is $4,300.
