Erica Pentony was named to the Dean's List for academic achievement during the 2013 spring semester.

To qualify for the Dean's list, students must achieve a grade-point average of 3.50 or higher whilce carrying a minimum of 12 credit hours. Pentony is a member of the class of 2013 and a Nursing major.

Samuel Brensinger of Highland Lakes has been named to the Spring 2013 Dean's List of the Sibley School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Cornell University.

Amanda Treiber of Sussex is one of 45 undergraduates serving Wilkes University as a member of the student government, a major decision- and policy-making organization for the student body at the school, providing student input on University policy and governing extracurricular life.

Treiber is a junior Nursing major and a junior-class representative. She serves on the teaching recognition and effectiveness committee. She also is a resident assistant, an e-mentor and programming board secretary.

Several area students are attending Centenary College this fall: Sean Goellner from Highland Lakes, Shane Henderson of Highland Lakes, Lauren Lewie-Cepero of Vernon, Tyler Milazzo of Wantage, Heather Passaro of Vernon and Cody Riker of Sussex.
