Forever Ray Concert to Benefit Father John's Animal House

    Centenary Stage Company will host a tribute to one of the most exciting musical artists of our time, Ray Charles, with 'Forever Ray', a stellar 13-piece lineup of powerhouse musicians. Members of the band have toured or recorded with Ray Charles, Alicia Keys, Rod Stewart, Levon Helm, Christiana Aguilera, Stevie Wonder, Kelly Clarkson, Patti LaBelle and Frank Sinatra, to name a few. Forever Ray will be performing at the Sitnik Theater in the Lackland Center on the campus of Centenary College, 715 Grand Avenue in Hackettstown on Saturday, June 15 at 8 p.m. Tickets are $25 and can be purchased through Centenary Stage Company's Web site, centenarystageco.org, or by phone at 908-979-0900.

    The evening will benefit Father John's Animal House, 50 Father John's Lane, Lafayette (Sparta). Father John's can be reached by phone at 973-300-5909 or through their website at fatherjohnsanimalhouse.org. FJAH is a non-profit supported entirely by donations, grants and fundraising events. Its primary purpose is to provide love, companionship, shelter, food, socialization and medical care for the many unwanted dogs and cats that come to them until permanent, loving homes can be found.
