Sussex resident found dead, another charged with homicide

LACKAWAXEN, PA - A Sussex Borough resident was found dead Wednesday in a Lackawaxen, PA garage while another borough resident has been charged with homicide. According to a PA State Police press release, Pike County Coroner Kevin Stroyan pronounced Peter Wislotski, 29, dead of a gunshot wound at a residence on Rowlands Rd. in Lackawaxen at around 4:30 a.m. Police responded to an emergency call at the home around 2 a.m., where they found Wislotski dead in the garage along with Sussex resident Steven Saski, 27. Saski was arrested and charged with homicide. Lackawaxen is approximately one hour north of Sussex. The case is being investigated by PA State Trooper Carl Ives.
