Center for Prevention & Counseling to recruit members to rebrand image
Barbara Adolphe, Executive Director of the Center for Prevention & Counseling announced the formation of a rebranding task force. After numerous meetings with the organizations board and leadership, the center asked a Sussex County resident, marketing expert and insurance professional, Joel Lazar to direct the task force.
“The mission of the volunteer task force will be to develop a new brand for the Center,” according to Adolphe.
She added, “Today’s community and business culture are wildly different from when the organization first formed in 1974. We felt there was a need for a brand makeover to position us for success in the age of Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Linkedin and many other social networking communities.”
Lazar shared, “Our job is to bring together a team of dynamic and talented task force members to develop a comprehensive branding/marketing plan for the approval of the Board and the Executive Director. The plan will map out how the organization rebrands for greater visibility, fund raising, volunteer recruitment and overall community support. This plan will include events, social networking, graphic design, promotional copy, marketing resources, best practices and brand standards.”
The Center is now seeking and recruiting the members of the task force. Sussex County residents with expertise in event planning and production, graphic design, copywriting, search engine optimization, social networking, branding, web design and programming, audio production, video production should contact Joel Lazar by e-mail at Jlazar@FarmersAgent.com.
