    William Davenport, 24, of Ogdensburg, was sentenced to three years probation on condition that he serve 364 days jail. He must also submit a DNA sample and pay $155 in court fines and $100 motor vehicle fine.

    He pled guilty on Jan. 22 to two counts third degree unlawful possession of a firearm.

    In 2011 during a motor vehicle stop in Hardyston, the defendant was found to be in possession of two .50 caliber Muzzleloaders.

    Travis Kotek, 19, of Stockholm, was sentenced to five years New Jersey State Prison subject to the No Early Release Act and be on parole for three years after his release.

    He must also submit a DNA sample and pay $380 in fines.

    He pled guilty on Oct. 24, 2012, to second degree conspiracy to commit robbery and second degree burglary.

    In November of 2011 the defendant and several juvenile and adult co-defendants conspired to break into a private residence in Hardyston with some of them carrying weapons. The victims were home during the robbery.

    Reginald Bryant, 42, of Paterson, was sentenced to four years’ probation and given credit for 312 days served, defendant must be restitution and various fines and penalties.

    Bryant admitted that on Aug. 10, 2011, in the Township of Wantage he entered a structure at 54 Clove Road with the purpose to commit a theft.

    John Wheeler-Weaver, 45, of Milford, PA, was sentenced to four years’ probation, two years loss of license, restitution, pay various fines and penalties. Wheeler-Weaver admitted that on Jan. 27, 2012, in the Township of Sparta he was driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated knowing his driver license was suspended. Wheeler-Weaver further admitted that copper wire located in the vehicle was stolen from PSE&G and was valued in excess of $5,000.

    Anthony R. Mesiti, 28, of Montague, was sentenced to five years’ probation, ordered to serve 90 days in the Sheriff’s Labor Assistance Program, enroll in out-patient therapy, maintain employment, submit to random urine monitoring, comply with medication requirements, submit a DNA sample at his expense, pay restitution to the victim and pay various fines and penalties.

    Mesiti admitted that on Jan. 14, 2011, in the Township of Frankford he and several co-defendants entered the property of Peter’s Valley and stole scrap metal, tolls and other items.

    Amy Smith, 35, of Sparrow Bush, NY, was sentenced to three years’ probation and given credit for 10 days served in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility, random urine monitoring, out-patient therapy and pay various fines and penalties.

    Smith admitted that on Nov. 28, 2012 in the Township of Montague she passed counterfeit money to an employee of the Citgo Gas Station.

    Matthew C. See, 26, of Stockholm pled guilty to attempted sexual assault, a second degree crime, to the fourth degree crime of endangering the welfare of a child by possessing child pornography and to a violation of probation. In pleading guilty, See admitted to chasing a young boy in Stockholm on Sept. 11, 2008 with the intention of engaging him in sexual relations.

    See further admitted to endangering the welfare of a child by possessing a computer that contained images of children engaged in prohibited sexual acts. See was on probation at the time of this incident on charges of endangering the welfare of a child for possessing images of children in prohibited sexual acts in Hardyston Township on March 3, 2007.

    Leighton Brown 34, of Newton pled guilty to two counts of second degree aggravated assault and one count of second degree possession with the intent to distribute CDS.

    He admitted to assaulting a woman in Newton on June 15, 2010 by beating her to the extent that she received broken bones in her face.

    He also admitted that on June 11, 2010, he attempted to cause aggravated assault to another woman by kicking her.

    He also admitted to possessing more than one-half ounce of cocaine in Newton on April 26, 2010.

    Anthony Camlin, 20, of Hopatcong pled guilty to criminal mischief, a fourth degree crime.

    He admitted to entering a house without the owner’s permission and causing damage that resulted in a monetary loss.

    Ryan M. Sichieri, 21, of Highland Lakes, was sentenced to four years’ probation, and given credit for 53 days for time served in the Keogh Dwyer Correctional Facility, defendant must submit to a DNA sample at his own expense and pay various fines and penalties.

    Sichieri admitted that on May 19, 2011 in the Township of Vernon during a routine motor vehicle stop he was found to be in possession of eleven glassine bags of heroin.
