Skydive Sussex at the Sussex Airport will host an aerial extravaganza on June 27-29.

Two turbine aircrafts and a helicopter will drop skydivers from all over the country all weekend. One of the aircraft is a rear exit specialty skydiving plane allowing skydivers the opportunity to walk right out the tailgate.

Parachutes of all colors will be scattered across the sky, exiting from 14,000 feet, landing right in front of the skydiving school for spectators to observe. At times there could be in excess of 40 parachutes in the air at any one time.

Also on the agenda will be a New Jersey record attempt for the most people in freefall in a head down configuration. This attempt will be monitored by the United States Parachute Association.

Other activities include food trucks, Italian ice stands, blowup obstacle courses, slip and slides, DJ’s, plus much more.
