College summer session open

NEWTON — Sussex County Community College’s registration is open for the college’s second summer session.

The classes are open to everyone and the credits can be transferred to another college in the fall.

The second summer session; Summer II runs from July 7 through Aug. 19.

SCCC tuition offers a cost effective way to complete general education requirements in a short amount of time. Students have a choice of attending morning or evening classes with some courses available online. This is an opportunity for students to take a more in-depth lab course, concentrate on one challenging class or get several general education requirements out of the way.

Students attending other colleges who wish to take summer classes to transfer have the option to register online.

The second summer session II is likely to fill up quickly and students are encouraged to register as early as possible.
