March 26
Stacy DiMarisco, 23, of Stanhope pled guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime.
She entered the victim’s home taking jewelry and other items and sold the jewelry at a later date.
Robert J. Williamson Jr., 25, of Hopatcong pled guilty to the second-degree crimes of conspiracy to distribute and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a park.
He admitted to being involved in the distribution of 30-milligram oxycodone tablets to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force on Jan. 10 and 26, in the Borough of Hopatcong. The distributions occurred within 500 feet of Byrant Field Park.
John T. Lenihan Jr., 21, of Hampton Township pled guilty to 10 counts of third-degree burglary.
He admitted to entering several vehicles in the Crandon Lakes area and removing various electronics equipment and money.
March 29
Lester Grube, 57, of Newton, pled guilty to the fourth-degree crime of aggravated assault by pointing a firearm at an individual under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life.
He admitted to pointing a firearm, namely a BB handgun, at an individual who came upon his property to repossess a motor vehicle on Aug. 8, 2010 in Newton.
March 30
Shawn M. Wilke, 23, of Frankford was sentenced to five years state prison, $2,205 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license.
He pled guilty on Feb. 14 to the second-degree crime of possession with the intent to distribute one half ounce or more of cocaine.
He admitted to possessing 20 grams of cocaine on April 27, 2011 in Wantage.
Robert Jackson, 24, of Paterson, was sentenced to seven years state prison, $2,250 in fines and a six-month loss of driver’s license.
He pled guilty on Dec. 19, 2011 to the second-degree crime of distribution of a controlled dangerous substance.
He admitted to distributing more than a half ounce of heroin in Newton on Aug. 30, 2011 to an individual cooperating with the Sussex County Gangs, Guns and Narcotics Task Force.
Nancy A. Hayden, 50, of Augusta was sentenced to two years probation, a substance abuse evaluation and treatment and $1,355 in fines.
She pled guilty on Feb. 14 to the third-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and to disregarding a traffic signal.
She admitted to possessing nine Buspar tablets and one Morphine tablet in her motor vehicle during the course of a motor vehicle stop on Sept. 29, 2011 by Vernon Police Officer Keith Curry.
David W. Mills, 45, of Easton, Pa., was sentenced to 180 days jail and $955 in fines.
He pled guilty on Feb. 14 to the fourth-degree crime of possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
He admitted to possessing just less than two ounces of marijuana in Sparta on Sept. 16, 2009.
Cody Kouyoumjian, 20 of Hopatcong, was sentenced to two years of probation on condition that he undergo a TASC evaluation and follow all recommendations, submit to random drug testing, obtain/maintain employment, submit DNA sample, perform 50 hours of community service, pay $1,205 in court fines and fees, and attend NA/AA two times per week.
He pled guilty on Feb. 6 to possession of a CDS, a third-degree crime.
While investigating a suspicious vehicle, defendant was found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia and admitted to purchasing heroin that was found nearby.
Calvin L. Smith Jr., 22, of Newton, was sentenced to 180 days jail and $280 in fines.
He pled guilty on Jan. 30 to two counts of failure to register under Megan’s Law, crimes of the fourth degree.
Anthony M. Lutz, 19, of Newton, was sentenced to three years probation, was ordered to serve 260 days in the Keogh-Dwyer Correctional Facility
and was given credit for 217 days served. He was also ordered to submit to a TASC evaluation and follow any recommendations made and his New
Jersey driving privileges were suspended for six months. He must pay total fines and penalties of $1,580 and submit a DNA sample at his expense.
He pled guilty on Feb. 16 to possession of Ambien and three counts of burglary, all crimes of the third degree.
In pleading guilty, Lutz admitted to entering several vehicles in Wantage and taking various items from them on or about July 19, 2011. On Sept. 8, 2011, he admitted to possessing Ambien pills without a prescription.
April 2
William Brovich, 28, of Wantage, pled guilty to failure to register under Megan’s Law, a fourth-degree crime.
Shawn V. Cyriacks, 22, of Sparta, pled guilty to two counts of burglary and one count of theft, all crimes of the third degree.
In pleading guilty, Cyriacks admitted that he and two co-defendants took scrap metal from a business in Lafayette on multiple occasions between June 25, 2010 and Jan. 31, 2011. He further admitted that he and a co-defendant illegally entered a residence in Frankford Township on Sept. 27, 2010 and again on Jan. 26, 2011, taking copper wire and piping on both occasions.
Danielle Nemeth, 31, of Wharton, pled guilty to burglary and theft, both crimes of the third degree.
In pleading guilty, Nemeth admitted to illegally entering a residence in Byram Township on or about Oct. 5, 2011 and taking money and jewelry from the home.
Richard G. Corter, 25, of West Milford, pled guilty to burglary, a third-degree crime.
In pleading guilty, Corter admitted that he and a co-defendant entered a vehicle and removed items from it on or about Oct. 7, 2011 in Vernon Township.
